How
long do we get in the playroom?
Kids and parents will get either 1 hour or 1 ½ hours of playtime
in our play rooms, depending upon which party package you choose
(please see "party information ").
Do
I have to fill out the waiver?
Yes, our insurance company requires a completed waiver for each
child, parent or guest entering the facility, signed by the parent
or guardian. Unfortunately, children, parents or guests cannot participate
without a signed waiver.
ARE
adults counted as guests of the party?
Only children are counted as one of the 25 party guests. Adults
are absolutely encouraged to participate in all activities, why
not have a little fun yourself and show your kids that you’re
still a kid at heart.
Do
I need to bring a birthday cake?
Yes, you will need to bring a birthday cake and candles for your
celebration in the party room.
What
if we have more than 25 kids for a party?
No problem, there is simply a small additional fee of $7.50 per
child over 25 for the Monkey Around and $9.50 per child over 25
for the Super Monkey Bizness party.
Pizza and
soda prices also apply.
Do
you do corporate team building events?
Absolutely. The facility can be rented out for just about any event
that requires people to have fun. Please call for quotes on corporate
events or any other event that you would like to host at Monkey
Bizness.
Do
parents pay the admission price for open play?
Parents do not have to pay admission for open
play but are encouraged to play and interact with their children.
Open play is parent supervised.
When
should I arrive for my party?
We strongly suggest that each party arrive 15 minutes before the
party is scheduled to start. This gives everyone time to check in,
listen to our brief safety orientation and get the party started
on time. We will also put a reminder on your invitations for guests
to show up early.
When
do I need to give you a final head-count for the party?
We take a final head count two days before the party. This way,
we can make appropriate arrangements for pizza, water bottles and
party supplies.
What
do I need to bring?
Our goal is to provide everything you need so that all you have
to do is show up with your child and guests on time. If you would
like to bring a cake for your child you are welcome to (see “do
I need to bring a birthday cake”), we will provide a cake
serving utensil, plates, forks, napkins, cups, and party favors
(optional).
Are
there any other choices for food?
While our standard menu is pizza and soda, we are more than happy
to discuss your needs/wants and try our best to accommodate you.
Additional charges may apply. If you prefer, you can bring your
own food to Monkey Bizness (food may be brought in at the beginning
of your party, no outside deliveries allowed and no outside pizza
allowed). There will be a $10.00 charge for outside food.
Please note that we do not have the ability to heat or chill your
outside food. All heating containers must be electric, we
do not allow open flame heating containers.
Can
I book a really big party using both play rooms?
Yes you can. We designed Monkey Bizness so that the entire facility
can be opened up for large parties, corporate events, fundraisers,
etc. Just let us know that your interested in booking both play
rooms and we’ll be happy to discuss the details with you.
What
is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel or reschedule your party anytime
up to three weeks from your scheduled party with a full refund of
your deposit, however, you must pay for your invitations if they
have been picked up or mailed. If you cancel or reschedule less
than three weeks from your scheduled party, the deposit is non-refundable
and you must pay for your invitations.
