I would like to say how wonderful a job Lisa Raymond and the crew are doing! Their facility is extremely clean with no musty or mildew smells which our family are extremely sensitive to. The equipment is also in excellent shape! We come from downtown Houston to use your facility. I wish you had something close to downtown Houston. Pump it Up is near us but the place really smells bad and the equipment is wore out also, not to mention the rude staff!

I had a birthday party for my son this past Saturday at the
northwest Houston location. It was a fabulous experience!
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Even my guests noticed
how the staff made an effort to play with the kids and make
sure that the party ran smoothly. Alex and Joseph were the
party helpers and I can not say enough great things about them.
The whole experience from start to finish was wonderful!
