HOW LONG DO WE GET IN THE PLAYROOM FOR PARTIES?
Kids and parents will get 1 hour of playtime in our play rooms (please see "Party Information").
HOW LONG DO WE GET IN THE PLAYROOM FOR OPEN PLAY?
You may stay as long as you like for open play (open play closes at 6 pm and 12 pm weekends). No re-entry allowed.
DO PARENTS PAY THE ADMISSION PRICE FOR OPEN PLAY?
Parents do not have to pay admission for open play but are encouraged to play and interact with their children. Parents must stay on the premises during open play.
DO I HAVE TO FILL OUT THE WAIVER?
Yes, our insurance company requires a completed waiver for each person entering the facility, signed by the parent or guardian. Unfortunately, children, parents or guests cannot enter the facility without a signed waiver.
DO WE NEED TO BRING SOCKS?
Adults and children must wear socks at all times in the play area. If you forget, we have them for sale.
ARE ADULTS COUNTED AS GUESTS OF THE PARTY?
Only children are counted as party guests.
DO I NEED TO BRING A BIRTHDAY CAKE?
You may bring a birthday cake and candles for your celebration in the party room, or you may order one of our delicious Little Monkey Bizness cakes, please inquire when booking your party.
WHAT IF WE HAVE MORE THAN 12 KIDS FOR A WEEKDAY PARTY?
No problem, there is simply a small additional fee of $12.50 per child over 12. Food and party favors will also apply.
WHAT IF WE HAVE MORE THAN 20 KIDS FOR A WEEKEND PARTY?
No problem, there is simply a small additional fee of $10.50 per child over 20. Food and party favors will also apply.
WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR MY PARTY?
We strongly suggest that each party arrive 10 minutes before the party is scheduled to start. This gives everyone time to check in, listen to our brief safety speech and get the party started on time. We will also put a reminder on your invitations for guests to show up early.
WHEN DO I NEED TO GIVE YOU A FINAL HEAD-COUNT FOR THE PARTY?
We take a final head count once everyone arrives for the party. If we are providing food other than pizza and drinks for your party, then we will take a headcount 2 days prior to your party.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
Our goal is to provide everything you need so that all you have to do is show up with your child and guests on time. If you would like to bring a cake for your child you are welcome to (see "do I need to bring a birthday cake"), we will provide a
cake serving utensil, plates, forks, napkins, cups, and party favors (optional).
WHAT ARE THE CHOICES FOR FOOD FOR PARTIES?
We offer a variety of food choices including a pizza and drink package, sandwich package. We are more than happy to discuss your needs/wants and try our best to accommodate you. Additional charges may apply.
CAN I BOOK A REALLY BIG PARTY USING BOTH PARTY ROOMS?
Yes you can. We designed Monkey Bizness so that the entire facility can be opened for large parties, corporate events, fundraisers, etc. Just let us know that you're interested in booking the whole facility and we'll be happy to discuss the details with you.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
You can cancel your party anytime up to three weeks from your scheduled party with a full refund of your deposit, however, you must pay for your invitations if they have been printed. If you cancel less than three weeks from your scheduled party, the deposit is non-refundable and you must pay for your invitations.
